The apartment, with a living area of approximately 50 m², is situated on the raised ground floor and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even on the warmest summer days.

The living area opens directly onto a cozy terrace, which is partially covered and additionally equipped with an awning. A seating area for four people provides the perfect setting for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing summer evenings.

Upon arrival, the owner will reserve a parking space in front of the house for guests. This is a public and free parking area. Thanks to the excellent location, however, a car will hardly be needed during your stay.
