This modern holiday home is located in a quiet part of the holiday resort Crikvenica, on the Kvarner Bay. It is furnished with style and charm. The wonderful outdoor area has plenty of space and numerous leisure activities.

The living area as well as all bedrooms have satellite TV and in the keler of the house there is a separate room in which the billiard table is located.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish dining area for up to 8  people and the living room, two bedrooms with balcony, two bathrooms and a laundry room. From the living/dining/kitchen you have access to the rear outside area.

The remaining 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor. Some fitness equipment is available on the 1st floor.

The well-equipped outdoor area is dominated by the pool area with a shaded terrace, 8 sun loungers on a sun terrace, a whirlpool for 6 people, a table tennis table and lots of greenery.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic area and is therefore not suitable for party holidaymakers.
The villa is not intended for bookings by youth groups under the age of 25.
