Above the town center of Crikvenica, in a location separate from the daily hustle and bustle, is this unique holiday complex which is designed for total relaxation. The holiday complex is located on a larger hill, which bears the name Kotor and is a small village in itself.
Kotor was the beginning of the history of the current Crikvenica.

Today there is a wonderful holiday complex consisting of two completely renovated houses and a wonderful outdoor area. Both houses are rented as a unit and thus offer space for up to 10 people.

If you want to walk to town, stairs and a steep path lead downhill to Crikvenica. The well-known resort is full of various events, a rich gastronomic offer in the summer months, and the most important thing is beautifully laid out beaches that guarantee swimming fun for every generation.

The parking lot is about 400 m from the house, from where the helpful owner will be happy to transport your luggage.

The property is divided as follows:

House 1:
The smaller house is intended for 2 to 4 people. There is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchen and a fireplace / grill.
On the upper floor of the house there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

House 2:
Here in the larger house, which is connected to the smaller house via the outside area, there are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room and a nice lounge with a pool table.

The outdoor area:
Surrounded by beautiful nature, the outdoor area with Mediterranean plants invites you to relax. Several terraces, an outdoor grill and the beautiful swimming pool, where you will find loungers and parasols, invite you to linger.
