Villa Arkaim is located in Divsici, on a secluded place that guarantees full privacy.
This five-bedroom house has a private pool and outstanding garden design.
First floor of the house is completely wheelchair accessible. It consists of living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and separated room with a washing machine and a toilet.
Second floor contains three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy in entertaining content, such as a PS console, darts, badminton, table tennis, children's playground, outdoor fitness equipment and a jacuzzi.
Wi-fi, air conditioning and parking are provided for free.
It is allowed to bring pets per request and with additional fee of 50 EUR weekly per one pet (or 7 EUR daily).
The pool can be heated for additional 200 EUR per week (with minimal advance notice of 4 days). Pool is closed in the following period: 5.1. - 2.4. (with 1-2 day deviation, depending on the season/year).
